Abstract

Program pelatihan Santri Siap Guna Daarut Tauhiid (SSG-DT) Bandung belum pernah melakukan evaluasi program dengan menggunakan model evaluasi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pelatihan Santri Siap Guna Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan jawaban yang jelas mengenai ketercapaian pelaksanaan program pelatihan SSG-DT dilihat dari hasil evaluasi context, input, process, dan product. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian terdiri atas pelatih dan peserta pelatihan SSG-DT, adapun sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 orang pelatih dan 57 orang peserta pelatihan SSG-DT angkatan 35. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data hasil kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan kai kuadrat untuk mengetahui signifikansi dari setiap butir pernyataan dalam angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keadaan context sudah sesuai dengan visi dan misi program pelatihan SSG-DT Bandung, input sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari program pelatihan SSG-DT Bandung, process sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum program pelatihan SSG-DT Bandung, dan product sudah memenuhi tujuan dari program pelatihan SSG. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program pelatihan SSG-DT Bandung sudah dikatakan berhasil. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah program pelatihan SSG-DT perlu untuk terus dilaksanakan dengan melakukan perbaikan serta pengembangan pada komponen-komponen programnya.; The Santri Siap Guna (SSG-DT) training program has never evaluated the program using a specific evaluation model. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the SSG-DT training program using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The purpose of this research is to get a clear picture and answer about the achievement of the SSG-DT training program implementation from the results of context, input, process, and product evaluation. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population set in the study consisted of trainers and participants of the SSG-DT training, while the research sample consisted of 30 trainers and 57 participants of class 35 SSG-DT training. Data collection instruments used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis of the results of the questionnaire was carried out using the kai squared equation to determine the significance of each statement item in the questionnaire. The results showed that the context condition was in accordance with the SSG-DT training program's vision and mission, the input could meet the needs of the SSG-DT training program, the process was in accordance with the implementation instructions contained in the SSG-DT training program curriculum, and the product had met the purpose of the SSG training program. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the SSG-DT Bandung training program was declared successful. The implication of this study is that the SSG-DT Bandung training program needs to continue to be carried out by making improvements and developing the program components.
