Abstract
Kerja sama adalah salah satu keterampilan penting bagi individu, terutama pada kehidupan saat ini. Wagner (dalam Zubaidah, 2016, hlm.2) mengatakan bahwa setiap pembelajar abad ke 21 diharuskan menguasai keterampilan-keterampilan penunjang, salah satunya kerja sama. Kenyataannya, masih ditemukan adanya siswa yang belum mampu bekerja sama dengan temannya dan adanya budaya pilih teman dalam kegiatan belajar atau bermain. Hal tersebut bisa disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru belum bisa melatih keterampilan kerja sama siswa. Padahal di dalam kurikulum 2013 dijelaskan bahwa guru harus mampu mendesain pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan potensi siswa, termasuk melatih kerja sama tiap siswa (Nurazizah & Wuryandari, 2019, hlm. 81). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi solusi untuk melatih kerja sama siswa, yaitu melalui penerapan kooperatif think pair share. Metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan informan penelitiannya adalah siswa dan guru kelas IV SDN Serang 20. Peneliti merupakan intrumen utama dalam penelitian kualitatif, untuk memudahkan proses pengumpulan data maka peneliti memakai beberapa alat penelitian, seperti: lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, serta dokumentasi berupa rekaman video dan foto. Dari hasil pengumpulan dan analisis data, diketahui bahwa pembelajaran yang menerapkan model think pair share dapat memberikan dampak terhadap aktivitas kerja sama siswa di kelas IV SDN Serang 20. Makna kerja sama siswa bukan hanya terbatas pada nilai yang diperoleh kelompok, namun penerimaan setiap individu dalam kelompok terhadap satu sama lain mampu menjadi indikator bahwa mereka sudah mampu bekerja sama. Cooperation is one of important skills for individuals, especially nowadays. Wagner (in Zubaidah, 2016, p. 2) said that every 21st century learner required to have supporting skills, which is cooperation. The fact, there are the students who haven’t been able to cooperate with friends and there is a culture of selecting friends in learning or playing activities. This could be due to learning that teacher hasn’t been able to practice student cooperation skills. Even though in the 2013 curriculum explained that teachers must be able to design student-centered learning so that they are able to optimize student potential, including training each student's cooperation (Nurazizah & Wuryandari, 2019, p. 81). This study aims to describe learning that can be solution to practice student cooperation, through the cooperative application of think pair share. Case study method was used in this research with the research informants being students and teachers of grade IV SDN Serang 20. The researcher is the main instrument in qualitative research, to facilitate the data collection process, researcher uses several research tools, such as: observation sheets, interview guides, and documentation. Data collection and analysis result, it is known the learning that applies think pair share model have an impact on student cooperation activities in grade IV SDN Serang 20. The meaning of student cooperation is not only limited to the scores obtained by the group, but the acceptance of each individual in the group towards each other can be an indicator that they are able to work together.
