Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model rating scale. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 106 siswa dari kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi; (2) partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup tinggi; dan (3) motivasi belajar dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.;--The problem in this research is about not optimal learning result of student in introductory subject of administration of class X office at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This study was conducted to find out how the influence of learning motivation and participation in learning on the learning outcomes of students of class X on the subject introduction of administrative office at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This research uses survey method, data collection technique used is questionnaire with Likert Scale model. Respondents of this study as many as 106 students from the class X of the Department of Administrative Office in SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' learning motivation on the category is quite high; (2) Student participation in learning in the category is quite high; and (3) learning motivation and participation in learning have a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
