Abstract
Penelitian ini bertolak pada kontribusi kepemimpinan pengelola Kelompok Bermain dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor dengan dilandasi teori fungsi kepemimpinan. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok Bermain As-Salam Kp. Nagrogjaya Kecamatan Pagaden Kabupaten Subang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan fungsi kepemimpinan yang diaktualisasikan oleh pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor; (2) mendeskripsikan capaian kinerja tutor yang dipersepsi oleh pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam; (3) mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor. Kepemimpinan pengelola Kelompok Bermain merupakan kemampuan pengelola sebagai pemimpin dalam mengaktualisasikan fungsi-fungsinya untuk mengelola berbagai sumber daya satuan Kelompok Bermain. Sejalan dengan hal itu, peneliti menemukan fenomena yakni pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam mampu menciptakan layanan dengan baik di dukung oleh kinerja para tutor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Berdasarkan temuan dan pembahasan, penelitian ini memperoleh hasil (1) pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam mampu mengaktualisasikan fungsi educator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator, dan motivator sebagai wujud kontribusi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor; (2) capaian kinerja tutor dipersespsi baik oleh pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam, di ukur melalui kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu bekerja, inisiatif kerja, kemampuan bekerja, dan komunikasi dalam bekerja; (3) faktor penghambat pengelola Kelompok Bermain As-Salam dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor adalah sarana pembelajaran dan penyelenggaran administrasi yang masih kurang.;--This study is based on the contribution of playgroup manager leadership in improving the performance of tutors based on leadership theory. The study was conducted in As-Salam playgroup, Nagrogjaya village, Pagaden sub-district, Subang regency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe leadership function actualized by the manager of As-Salam playgroup in improving the performance of tutors; (2) to describe the attainment of tutors’ performance perceived by the manager of As-Salam playgroup; (3) to describe factor inhibiting the manager of As-Salam playgroup in improving the performance of tutors. The leadership of play group’s manager is the ability of manager as a leader in actualizing the functions to manage various play group unit resources. In line with that, the researcher found the phenomenon that the manager of As-Salam playgroup was able to create a good service supported by the performance of tutors. The research method used was descriptive method with qualitative approach. The number of participants was 8 people. Based on the findings and discussion, this study obtained the results that (1) the manager of As-Salam playgroup was able to actualize the function of educator or facilitator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator as a form of leadership contribution in improving the performance of tutors; (2) the attainment of tutors’ performance was perceived by the manager of As-Salam playgroup measured by quality of work, punctuality of work, work initiative, work ability, and communication in working; (3) the factor inhibiting the manager of As-Salam playgroup in improving the performance of tutors was the lack of learning and administrative facilities.
