Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari sarana prasarana pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 144 siswa dari kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sarana prasarana pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh sedang. ;---The study was conducted in SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The problem discussed in this research paper is lack of students learning achievement on the archival subject at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This research was conducted to find out the influence of facilities and infrastructure learning and student’s learning motivation to student’s learning achievement of the freshmen year in archival subject of office administration expertise program in SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This research used explanatory survey method, which used questuinnaire. Total sample in this study is 106 student’s from total population 144 student’s from the freshmen year of office administration expertise program in SMK Bina Warga Bandung. And the writer used multiple regression analysis as data analysis technique. Result of the analysis revealed and hypotehesis testing, it showed was an influenced between facilities and infrastructure learning and student’s learning motivation to student’s learning achievementof the freshmen year in archival subject of office administration expertise program in SMK Bina Warga Bandung which silmutaneously has a medium effect.
