Abstract
Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SDN S Kota Bandung ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kerja sama siswa. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan siswa lebih senang ditempatkan dalam kelompok homogen berdasarkan jenis kelamin siswa, belum adanya pembagian tugas yang adil, ketergantungan pada beberapa siswa, dan adanya dominasi dalam berpendapat atau mengerjakan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas VA SDN S dan (2) mengetahui peningkatan kerja sama siswa kelas VA SDN S melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan pada siklus I persentase kerja sama siswa adalah 62,37% dengan kategori cukup dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,78% dengan kategori baik. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 65,22% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 86,96%. Hal ini karena metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT mencakup elemen-elemen penting pembelajaran kooperatif. Dari hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas VA SDN S.----------The research that conducted at SDN S in City of Bandung is motivated by the low level of students cooperation. It is characterized by students preferring to be placed in homogeneous groups based on gender, lack of fair assignment, dependence on some students, and dominance in opinion or task. This study aimed (1) describe the implementation of cooperative learning method type NHT in improving the students cooperation of grade VA in SDN S and (2) to find out the improvement of students' cooperation of grade VA SDN S through the implementation of cooperative learning method type NHT. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Taggart model were implemented in two cycles. The results of the research showed that in cycle I the percentage of students cooperation is 62,37% with category of sufficient and increased in cycle II to 83,78% with good category. Mean while the percentage of completeness of students learning outcomes in cycle I was 65,22% and increased in cycle II to 86,96%. This is because of cooperative learning method type NHT includes important elements of cooperative learning. From these results, it was concluded that cooperative learning method type NHT can improve the students' cooperation of grade VA in SDN S.
