Abstract
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. dengan isu pencemaran lingkungan yang berdampak pada citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah penerima program Pendampingan Kelompok Batik Pewarna Alam Ciwaringin yang berjumlah 77 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 melalui uji koefisien korelasi pearson pruduct moment, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menggunakan koefisien determinasi (R Square). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji F-test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Corporate Social Responsibility memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap citra perusahaan. Maka dari itu, semakin baik program Corporate Social Responsibility maka semakin baik pula citra perusahaan di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Indocement diharapkan untuk terus mempertahankan program Pendampingan Kelompok Batik Pewarna Alam Ciwaringin dan meningkatkan komunikasi kepada publiknya, sehingga upaya penyampaian program CSR untuk membentuk citra positif berhasil.;---The background of this research is based on data obtained, that in 2014, PT Indocement Tbk. is known to be exposed to the issue of environmental pollution which has an impact on corporate image. This study aims to determine the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to Corporate Image. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach conducted at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. The sample of this reseach is recipient of Pendampingan Kelompok Batik Pewarna Alam Ciwaringin program which consists of 77 respondents. In additon, the sampling technique used in this reseach is total sampling technique. Moreover, data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and literature study and data process uses SPSS 16.0 through Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and linear regression analysis using the coefficient of determination (R Square). Hypothesis test used is the F-test. The study states that Corporate Social Responsibility provides a high effect on the corporate image. Therefore that the better the Corporate Social Responsibility program is, the better the corporate's image in the community will be. Therefore, Indocement is expected to continue to maintain Pendampingan Kelompok Batik Pewarna Alam Ciwaringin and enhance its public communication, so that the effort for CSR program transfer to establish positive image can succeed.
