Abstract
Penelitian ini diangkat dari permasalahan kurangnya apresiasi masyarakat Minangkabau (Sumatera Barat) terhadap alat musik tradisional khususnya talempong pacik. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengenalan di sekolah mengenai alat musik talempong pacik membuat generasi muda penerus bangsa kurang begitu menghargai dan mengapresiasi musik talempong pacik. setelah diobservasi kesekolah, ada tiga aspek yang menghambat untuk pembelajaran mengapresiasi dan ekspresi talempong pacik ini. 1) ketidak tersediaannya alat musik talempong pacik disekolah, 2) guru tidak berlatar belakang seni sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk mengajarkan talempong pacik kepada siswa. 3) minimnya waktu pada pengajaran seni budaya. Dalam ketiga masalah yang ada, guru dapat menfaatkan dan memperdayakan teknologi untuk mewujudkan perilaku belajar efektif dan meningkatkan motivasi terhadap pembelajaran talempong. yaitu menggunakan talempong pacik berbasis multimedia interaktif, hal tersebut menjadi salah satu solusi yang tepat berguna untuk membantu guru dan siswa dalam melakukan apresiasi dan ekspresi talempong pacik desain penelitian ini adalah Metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle dengan pengolahan data One Group Pretest Posttest. Tempat penelitian di SMP N 3 Kota Solok. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, dan test. Model pembelajaran yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Problem based Learning.;--- This study raised issues of inadequate appreciation of the Minangkabau (West Sumatra) to the traditional musical instrument, especially talempong pacik. Lack of knowledge and recognition at school about musical instruments talempong Pacik make the younger generation successor to the nation is less appreciated and appreciating music talempong Pacik. once observed to school, there are three aspects that hinder learning and expression appreciate this. 1) lack of musical instruments talempong pacik school, 2) the teacher is not the background art it is not possible to teach talempong Pacik to students. 3) the lack of time on the teaching of art and culture. In all three of the existing problems, the teacher can utilize and bamboozle technology to realize effective learning behavior and boost motivation for learning talempong. ie using talempong pacik based interactive multimedia, it became one of the appropriate solution is useful to help teachers and students in performing appreciation and expression talempong Pacik this study design is a method of Multimedia Development Life Cycle with data processing one group pretest posttest. The place of research in SMP N 3 Solok. Collecting data through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and test. The learning model used in this study is the Problem-based Learning.
