Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian pemahaman konsep siswa SMA pada materi usaha dan energi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya perangkat soal yang mengukur aspek pemahaman konsep fisika siswa, sehingga penilaian pemahaman konsep yang dilakukan belum menggambarkan kemampuan memahami siswa yang sesungguhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode research and development. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa pada salah satu SMA Negeri Kota Bandung sebanyak 170 orang. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Anates V4, hasil penelitian menunjukkan reabilitas instrumen penilaian sebesar 0.85 dengan interpretasi sangat tinggi dan validitas soal sebesar 0.74 dengan interpretasi tinggi. Profil kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa setelah diukur adalah 59.26 % dengan kriteria sedang. Hampir seluruh siswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap instrumen penilaian yang diberikan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian yang disusun sudah dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur pemahaman konsep siswa. This research is motivated by the lack of instrument that measure students ' understanding of physics concepts, so the assessment do not describe the level of students’ understanding. Research methods used are research and development. Subjects in this study were students of Senior High School in Bandung as many as 170 people. Based on the data processing by using Anates V4, the results showed reabilitas assessment instruments achieves 0.85 with very high interpretation and the validity is 0.74 wtih high interpretation. The profile of understanding the concept of students is 59.26% with medium criteria. Almost all of students give a positive response to assessment instrument. Thus, it can be concluded that the assessment instruments that can already be used as a tool to measure the students' understanding.
