Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi seperti tidak akan ada hentinya, hal ini tentu berdampak pada perkembangan pendidikan. Terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 ini mengakibatkan transformasi pendidikan secara cepat dan berlangsung tanpa batas waktu yang tidak ditentukan. Kebijakan ini menjadi gambaran mengenai perkembangan teknologi dalam menjaga stabilitas keberlangsungan pendidikan di masa depan serta juga dapat menjadi ancaman terhadap perkembangan mutu pembelajaran apabila lembaga pendidikan tidak mengimplementasikan peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara mendalam mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, tindak lanjut serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada implementasi peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam proses pembelajaran daring di SD Smart School. Tesis ini mengacu pada penelitian berbasis kualitatif deskriptif analitik yang dilaksanakan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi guna menganalisis pelaksanaan siklus Plan-Do-Check-Act dalam implementasi continuos improvement. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah mengimplementasikan peningkatan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) dalam proses pembelajaran daring di SD Smart School Jakarta Selatan dengan baik. The technological developments will never stop, this certainly has an impact on the development of education. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a rapid transformation of education and takes place indefinitely. This policy is an illustration of technological developments in maintaining the stability of education continuity in the future and can also be a threat to the development of learning quality if educational institutions do not implement continuous quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to get an in-depth picture of planning, implementing, controlling, following up as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of continuous improvement in the online learning process in SD Smart School.
