Abstract
Keberadaan regulasi PP nomor 55 tahun 2007 tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan turut memacu beberapa daerah di Indonesia menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah tentang kewajiban peserta didik mengikuti pendidikan Madrasah Diniyah. Akan tetapi, meski telah memiliki legal formal dalam penyelenggaraannya, faktanya beberapa penelitian menginformasikan bahwa hal tersebut tidak lantas menjadikan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang populer dewasa ini. Paradigma tersebut menjadi tantangan dunia pendidikan, khususnya yang bergerak di ranah pendidikan agama Islam. Oleh karena itu, salah satu upaya peneliti dalam menjawab problematika tersebut dengan melakukan penelitian berjudul kontribusi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah dalam membangun ketaatan beragama siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kurikulum MDTA dalam membangun ketaatan beragama siswa SD, mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran siswa di MDTA, mendeskripsikan wujud ketaatan beragama siswa yang mengikuti MDTA, serta mendeskripsikan aspek yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan eksistensi MDTA. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa kurikulum MDTA mendukung ketaatan beragama siswa serta memiliki kesesuaian dengan kurikulum PAI. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran di MDTA dipengaruhi oleh motivasi siswa, alat bantu belajar, pengalaman belajar, serta kondisi subjek belajar tersebut. Wujud ketaatan beragama siswa SD yang mengikuti MDTA yaitu memahami nilai dasar keIslaman. Adapun aspek yang perlu diperhatikan MDTA agar tetap eksis yaitu perihal kurikulum, kelengkapan personel, sarana prasarana, finansial, dan hubungan terhadap masyarakat. Rekomendasi atas penelitian yang dikaji yaitu eksistensi MDTA perlu mendapat perhatian, keberadaan MDTA harus adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman, serta dibutuhkan masyarakat dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dan peningkatan kualitas MDTA. : The existence of PP regulation number 55 of 2007 has encouraged several regions in Indonesia to issue Regional Regulations regarding the obligations of students to attend Islamic madrasah education. However, even though it has a formal legal system in its implementation, several studies show it doesn’t necessarily make MDTA a popular educational institution. This paradigm is a challenge for the world of education, especially Islamic religious education. Therefore, researchers' efforts to answer this problem is to conduct research entitled Contribution of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in building religious observance of elementary school students in the city of Bandung. The aim of this research to describe the MDTA curriculum to build religious devotion in elementary school students, learning process of students at MDTA, the form of religious observance of students who take part in MDTA, and aspects to be improved to increase existence of MDTA. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with exploratory methods. The results inform MDTA curriculum supports students' religious observance and is compatible with PAI curriculum. The learning process at MDTA is influenced by student motivation, learning aids, learning experiences, and conditions of learning subjects. A form of religious service for elementary school students who take part in MDTA is an understanding of basic Islamic values. Aspects that MDTA needs to pay attention are curriculum, completeness of personnel, infrastructure, finances and relations with the community. Recommendations from the research studied are existence of the MDTA needs attention, the existence of the MDTA must be adaptive to current developments, and the community is needed to support the sustainability and improvement of the quality of the MDTA.
