    Abstract

    Masalah yang menjadi kajian dan fokus pada penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kepuasan siswa Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhnya mutu layanan bagian sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan siswa kelas XII Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan disebarkan kepada 99 orang siswa Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran kelas XII yang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan bagian sarana dan prasarana memiliki rata-rata 3,41 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan kepuasan siswa memiliki rata-rata 3,27 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada mutu layanan bagian sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan siswa.

    The problem that becomes the study and focus of this research is that the student satisfaction of the Office Management Automation Department at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung is not yet optimal. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the quality of service of the advice and infrastructure section on the satisfaction of XII-grade students of the Office Management Automation Department of SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. This study uses a survey method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and distributed to 99 students of the XII grade Office Management Automation Department which is the population in this study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression. The results showed that the quality of service in the facilities and infrastructure section had an average of 3.41 which was included in the good category. While student satisfaction has an average of 3.27 which is included in the sufficient category. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing concluded that there is a significant influence on the quality of service of the facilities and infrastructure section on student satisfaction.
