Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi berdasarkan nilai rata-rata PAS kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kota Cirebon semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kota Cirebon yang berjumlah 1129 siswa, kemudian diambil sampel 228 siswa dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) iklim sekolah di SMA Negeri se-Kota Cirebon berada pada kategori kondusif, sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa berada di bawah KKM dengan persentase sebesar 89,99% 2) iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects based on the average score of PAS class XI IPS SMA Negeri throughout Cirebon City in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year which still has not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of school climate on student learning outcomes in economics subjects. The research method used is an explanatory survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this study was class XI social studies students of State High School in Cirebon City totaling 1129 students, then a sample of 228 students was taken with proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1) the school climate in State High Schools throughout Cirebon City is in the conducive category, while for student learning outcomes it is below KKM with a percentage of 89.99% 2) the school climate has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
