Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH AKTIVITAS BERENANG DAN ICE BREAKING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KONSENTRASI BERLATIH DAN KETERAMPILAN BERENANG GAYA DADA ANAK USIA DINI Elza Fauzan 1702119 Dosen Pembimbing I : Prof Dr. Berliana, M.Pd. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ice breaking terhadap konsentrasi dan keterampilan berenang gaya dada pada anak usia dini. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan experiment. Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 10 orang Siswa Club Privat Renang Maestro Swim rentang umur 5-8 tahun. Instrumen pengambilan data mengunakan Test psikologis NST (Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheid test) untuk konsentrasi dan test keterampilan berenang sebagai instrumen penelitian dengan pengambilan data pre- test dan post- test. Uji hipotesis ini menggunakan Paired Sample T- Test. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh treatment ice breaking terhadap Peningkatan konsentrasi dan keterampilan berenangdengan nila signifikansi 0,000 dan pada keterampilan berenang pun mengalami peningkatan karena memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk menambahkan variabel lain untuk memperkaya variasi dalam penelitian mengingat masih minimnya penelitian mengenai pengaruh icebreaking dalam aktivitas pada anak. This study is to determine the effect of ice breaking on concentration and breaststroke swimming skills in early childhood. The method in this study uses experiment. The sample amounted to 10 Maestro Swim Private Club students aged 5-8 years. The data collection instrument used the NST (Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheid test) psychological test for concentration and swimming skills test as a research instrument by taking pre-test and post-test data. This hypothesis test uses Paired Sample T- Test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of ice breaking treatment on improving concentration and swimming skills with a significance value of 0.000 and on swimming skills also increased because it has a significance value of 0.001. Suggestions for further research to add other variables to enrich the variation in research given the lack of research on the effect of icebreaking in activities in children.
