    Abstract

    Situasi ekonomi global dalam beberapa tahun ke depan pasca terjadinya pandemi
    diprediksi akan semakin membaik, termasuk didalamnya para penggiat UMKM di
    Indonesia yang perlahan mulai bangkit. Di Kota Bandung sendiri, khususnya di
    Kelurahan Cisaranten Kulon, banyak pengusaha laundry yang perlahan mulai
    mengembangkan bisnisnya kembali, tetapi tidak lepas dari yang namanya
    persaingan. Persaingan yang ada mengharuskan para pengusaha untuk berinovasi
    dan meningkatkan penjualan mereka agar mencapai keberhasilan usaha. Dalam
    meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha, para pengusaha perlu melibatkan
    entrepreneurial mindset sebagai landasan untuk membangun strategi dalam jangka
    panjang yang memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan sehingga teciptanya
    keberhasilan usaha. Keberhasilan usaha dapat tercipta melalui entrepreneurial
    mindset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan mengenai (1)
    gambaran entrepreneurial mindset (2) gambaran keberhasilan usaha, dan (3)
    besarnya pengaruh entrepreneurial mindset terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Jenis
    penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan
    sensus dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 16 responden. Teknik analisis yang
    digunakan adalah analisis Structure Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square
    (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SMARTPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil temuan
    penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial mindset memilki pengaruh
    terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang berada pada kategori tinggi.

    predicted to get better, including MSMEs activists in Indonesia who are slowly
    starting to wake up. In the city of Bandung itself, especially in the Cisaranten
    Kulon Village, many laundry entrepreneurs are slowly starting to develop their
    business again, but they cannot be separated from the competition. Existing
    competition requires entrepreneurs to innovate and increase their sales in order
    to achieve business success. In increasing business success, entrepreneurs need to
    involve an entrepreneurial mindset as a basis for building long-term strategies
    that provide benefits for the company so that business success is created. Business
    success can be created through an entrepreneurial mindset. This study aims to
    obtain findings regarding (1) the description of the entrepreneurial mindset (2)
    the description of business success, and (3) the influence of the entrepreneurial
    mindset on business success. The type of research used is descriptive verification.
    The method used is the census with a sample size of 16 respondents. The analysis
    technique used is Structure Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS)
    analysis using SMARTPLS version 3.2.9. The findings of this study indicate that
    the entrepreneurial mindset has an influence on the success of businesses that are
    in the high category.
