Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari dengan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas siswa dan guru dengan menerapkan model Quantum Learning berbantuan metode bernyanyi. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV A setelah menerapkan model Quantum Learning berbantuan metode bernyanyi. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV A pada salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Purwakarta tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru. Sebelum dilaksanakan penerapan model Quantum Learning berbantuan metode bernyanyi siswa di kelas IV A tersebut memperoleh hasil belajar rata-rata 69,4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal hanya mencapai 39,2%. Kemudian pada siklus I nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 70,7 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 75% dan pada siklus II kembali mengalami peningkatan yaitu nilai rata-rata mencapai 81,7 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 96,4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Quantum Learning berbantuan metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV A salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Purwakarta. ----- This research is based on the low student learning outcomes in science subjects in Grade IV elementary school. This study aims to find out activities of students and teachers during the application of the Quantum Learning assisted with the singing method. In addition, the purpose of this study is to find out the increase in science learning outcomes for class IV A students after applying the Quantum Learning assisted by the singing method. The subjects in this study were 4th grade students at an elementary school in Purwakarta Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, which consisted of 28 students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument used was a learning achievement test, observing student and teacher activities. Prior to the application of the Quantum Learning assisted by the singing method, students in class IV A obtained an average learning result of 69.4 with classical completeness only reaching 39.2%. Then in the first cycle the average value increased to 70.7 with 75% classical completeness and in the second cycle it increased again, namely the average value reached 81.7 with 96.4% classical completeness. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Quantum Learning assisted by the singing method can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV A students in one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta Regency.
