Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena rmasalah perubahan kebutuhan pasar serta kebijakan pemerintah yang dinamis, sehingga menuntut organisasi menyesuaikan perubahan. Adaptasi organisasi memerlukan transformasi manajemen perusahaan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, proses kognitif yang melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk menyesuaikan kompetensi, kinerja yang dibutuhkan saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan pelatihan Competencee Based Trainning dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan. Teori utama yang menjadi rujukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori perilaku organisasi yang menunjukkan variable-variabel diturunkan dari sebuah konsep yang mentikberatkan pada perilaku individu dalam organisasi berhubungan dengan pelatihan, kompetensi, kinerja, konsep model pelatihan, organisasi serta proses kognitif. Penelitian didesain menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development dengan memakai metode analisa informasi dengan cara kombinasi analisis kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode model penelitian Anlayze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Temuan yang diperoleh penelitian adalah: a) program pelatihan sudah dilakukan, namun hasilnya belum optimal, terbukti masih terjadi kesenjangan kompetensi dan kinerja terhadap standar yang ditetapkan, b) rancangan konseptual model Competencee Based Trainning yang dikembangkan didasarkan kebutuhan, c) implementasi konseptual model Competencee Based Trainning dengan melibatkan pihak terkait memiliki potensi positip pada program pelatihan d) efektivitas model pelatihan Competencee Based Trainning terbukti signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan Berdasarkan temuan diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan Competencee Based Trainning dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil pre dan post test. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of changes in market needs and dynamic government policies, which require organizations to adapt to changes. Organizational adaptation requires the transformation of company management, human resource management, cognitive processes that involve various parties to adjust the competencies, performance needed. The purpose of this research is to develop Competence Based Training in improving employee competence and performance. The grand theory that is used as a reference in this research is the theory of organizational behavior which shows that the variables are derived from a concept that is different focuses on individual behavior in organizations related to training, competence, performance, training model concepts, organization and cognitive processes. The study was designed using a research and development approach to Research and Development by using information analysis methods by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. To achieve this goal, the researchers used the research model method Anlayze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings obtained by the research are: a) the training program has been carried out, but the results are not optimal, it is proven that there are still competence and performance gaps against the established standards, b) the conceptual design of the Competence Based Training model that was developed based on needs, c) the conceptual implementation of the Competence Based Training model. Training by involving related parties has positive potential in the training program d) the effectiveness of the Competence Based Training model has been proven to be significant in improving employee competence and performance Based on the findings obtained from the research, it can be concluded that the Competence Based Training model can be implemented effectively in improving employee competence and performance. This increase can be seen from the significant difference in the results of the pre and post tests.
