    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rata-rata nilai Uji Kompetensi Guru pada tahun 2020 sebesar 47,00 masih di bawah yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebesar 70,00. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 133 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 guru yang diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kinerja guru termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik sesuai klasifikasi nilai bobot standar, (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

    This research is motivated by the average value of the Teacher Competency Test in 2020 of 47.00 which is still below that set by the government of 70.00. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence variables on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The population in this study was 133 teachers with a sample of 100 teachers obtained through a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model with multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are: (1) Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and teacher performance are included in the very good category according to the classification of standard weight values, (2) emotional intelligence has a positive effect on teacher performance, and (3) spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on teacher performance.
