Abstract

Program Pengenalan Lapangan Satuan Pendidikan (PPLSP) menjadi mata kuliah praktik lapangan sebagai pengalaman mahasiswa mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur (PTA) untuk mendukung profil lulusan menjadi tenaga profesional di bidang arsitektur. Kegiatan PPLSP dilakukan secara daring dan luring sehingga munculkan kendala PPLSP bagi mahasiswa PTA yang melaksanakan PPLSP di masa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui serta menganalisis kendala PPLSP bagi mahasiswa PTA UPI di masa pandemi serta mengetahui perbedaan kendala pelaksanaan PPLSP di Kota Bandung dan di luar Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner google form dengan teknik kuota sampling (sebanyak 50 sampel) dengan kriteria responden yaitu mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur UPI angkatan 2017 yang sudah melaksanakan PPLSP pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS25 dan metode analisis data menggunakan model statistik deskriptif. Ada 7 indikator sebagai acuan penilaian kendala PPLSP yaitu koordinasi, pembekalan, orientasi dan pengamatan lapangan, pengembangan RPP, mengajar, penyusunan laporan PPLSP dan ujian PPLSP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kendala yang paling banyak dialami Mahasiswa PTA yaitu dalam indikator orientasi dan pengamatan lapangan, pengembangan RPP dan mengajar. Kendala PPLSP bagi mahasiswa PTA termasuk dalam kategori kendala rendah. Kemudian dilakukan independent T-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan pelaksanaan PPLSP di Kota Bandung dan di luar Kota Bandung dan hasilnya menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,927 > 0,05 sehingga tidak terrdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan PPLSP di Kota Bandung dan di luar Kota Bandung. The pre-service teacher program (PPLSP) is a field practice course for Architectural Engineering Education student experience in teaching to support the profile of graduates to become proffesionals in the field of architecture. PPLSP activities are carried out online and offline so that PPLSP problems arise for PTA students who carry out PPLSP during the pandemic. As a result, PPLSP problems arise for PTA students who carry out PPLSP during the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the constraints of PPLSP during distance learning for PTA UPI students during the pandemic and to find out the differences in the obstacles to implementing PPLSP in Bandung City and outside Bandung City. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Collecting data through a google form and uses quota sampling technique (a total of 50 samples) with the respondent criteria is students of the Architecture Engineering Education UPI, class of 2017 who have implemented PPLSP in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. Data processing using SPSS25 program and data analysis method using descriptive statistical model. There are 7 indicators as a reference for assessing PPLSP constraints, namely coordination, debriefing, orientation and field observations, RPP development, teaching, preparation of PPLSP reports and PPLSP exams. The results showed that the most common problems faced by PTA students were orientation indicators and field observations, developing lesson plans, and teaching. PPLSP constraints for PTA students are included in the low constraint category. Then an independent T-test was conducted to determine the differences in the implementation of PPLSP in Bandung City and outside Bandung City and the results showed a significance value of 0.927 > 0.05 so that there was no significant difference between the implementation of PPLSP in Bandung City and outside Bandung City.
