Abstract

Kurangnya alternatif sumber belajar pada mata kuliah Pengawasan Mutu Agroindustri mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran, terutama pada materi teknik pengambilan contoh padatan pada bahan dan produk pangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan video pembelajaran tersebut sebagai sumber belajar, respon pengguna terhadap video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, respon pengguna terhadap penerapan video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran, serta hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah menggunakan video pembelajaran tersebut pada ranah kognitif. Video pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) dan diterapkan menggunakan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu: (1) pengembangan video pembelajaran teknik pengambilan contoh padatan pada bahan dan produk pangan dinyatakan “layak” oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, serta dinyatakan “sangat layak” oleh ahli bahasa, (2) video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “sangat layak” berdasarkan respon pengguna, (3) video pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran dinyatakan “sangat layak” berdasarkan respon pengguna, (4) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah menggunakan video pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “sedang”. Video pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif karena penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat memvisualisasikan materi yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa, serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. The lack of alternative learning resources in the Agroindustry Quality Supervision course affects the learning process, especially on solids sampling techniques in food materials and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the learning video as a learning resource, the user's response to the developed learning video, the user's response to the application of the developed learning video in the learning process, and student learning outcomes after using the learning video in the cognitive domain. The learning video was developed using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and applied using a one group pretest-posttest. The research results obtained are: (1) the development of learning videos on solids sampling techniques in food materials and products is declared "appropriate" by media experts and material experts, and is declared "very feasible" by linguists, (2) the learning videos developed are declared "very feasible" based on user responses, (3) learning videos applied in the learning process were declared "very feasible" based on user responses, (4) there was an increase in student learning outcomes after using learning videos that had been developed based on the results of the N-Gain which is included in the "medium" category. Learning videos have a positive impact because the use of learning videos can visualize the material needed by students, and can improve student learning outcomes.
