Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk meneliti kesadaran ibu pekerja buruh pabrik terhadap pentingnya daycare pada perkembangan motorik halus anak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perkembangan motorik halus anak pada keluarga ibu pekerja buruh pabrik yang dititipkan di daycare, mengetahui kesadaran ibu pekerja buruh pabrik terhadap pentingnya daycare pada perkembangan motorik halus, mengetahui pentingnya daycare terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi pada anak usia 2-4 tahun yang dititipkan di daycare dan wawancara kepada ibu pekerja buruh pabrik serta kepala sekolah daycare di daerah Majalaya, Bandung. Kesimpulan perkembangan motorik halus anak yang dititipkan di daycare berkembang optimal dan ibu menyadari pentingnya daycare sebagai sarana pengganti sementara orang tua saat bekerja dan memberikan kegiatan yang menstimulasi perkembangan motorik halus.

This study is a descriptive qualitative study to examine the awareness of factory working mothers on the importance of daycare in children's fine motor development. The purpose of the study was to determine the fine motor development of children in the families of factory workers who were entrusted with daycare, to know the awareness of factory workers' mothers to the importance of daycare in fine motor development, to know the importance of daycare to children's fine motor development. The research was conducted by observing children aged 2-4 years who were entrusted with daycare and interviews with mothers of factory workers and the head of a daycare school in the Majalaya area, Bandung. The conclusion is that the fine motor development of children who are entrusted with daycare develops optimally and mothers realize the importance of daycare as a means of temporarily replacing parents at work and providing activities that stimulate fine motor development.
