Abstract

Nilai suatu bangsa terletak pada akhlak bangsanya itu sendiri. Sehingga akhlak dan leadership merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan generasi emas penerus bangsa di era globalisasi saat ini. Mengingat adanya fenomena kemerosotan akhlak yang menjadi keprihatinan nasional yang terjadi saat ini. Dengan demikian dipandang sangatlah perlu untuk terus diupayakan dan dikuatkan dengan sedemikian rupa. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan model penguatan akhlak mulia dan leadership santri melalui kurikulum integratif di Pesantren Kampung Qur’an Learning Center Sumedang. Jenis data penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu bersifat kualitatif, maka pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat analisis deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu mencakup wawancara, observasi dengan jenis moderate participation, dan studi dokumen. Kemudian untuk analisis datanya ialah dengan melakukan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya penerapan kurikulum integratif di Pesantren Kampung Qur’an Learning Center Sumedang dapat memberikan penguatan terhadap akhlak mulia dan leadership santri. Bahkan menjadikan Pesantren Kampung Qur’an Learning Center Sumedang ini sebagai best practice atau role model pesantren di masa yang akan datang. Kesimpulan ini tentunya bukan tanpa alasan, melainkan merujuk pada adanya kesatupaduan yang harmoni antar komponen kurikulum mulai dari komponen tujuan, isi/materi, strategi/langkah-langkah, dan evaluasi yang diterapkannya. Kata Kunci : Akhlak Mulia, Leadership, Kurikulum Integratif ABSTRACT The value of a nation lies in the character of the nation itself. So that morality and leadership are important factors in creating the nation's next golden generation in the current era of globalization. Considering the phenomenon of moral decline which is a national concern that is currently happening. Thus, it is deemed necessary to continue to be pursued and strengthened in such a way. Therefore, this study seeks to describe the model of strengthening noble character and leadership of students through an integrative curriculum at the Pesantren Kampung Qur'an Learning Center Sumedang. The type of research data carried out is qualitative, so the approach used is descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques include interviews, moderate participation observations, and document studies. Then for data analysis is to do data reduction, display data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of an integrative curriculum at the Pesantren Kampung Qur'an Learning Center Sumedang can provide reinforcement for the noble character and leadership of students. In fact, making this Pesantren Kampung Qur'an Learning Center Sumedang a best practice or role model for pesantren in the future. This conclusion is certainly not without reason, but refers to the harmonious cohesion between curriculum components starting from the components of the objectives, content/materials, strategies/steps, and evaluations that are implemented.
