Abstract
Evaluasi kelayakan bisnis Contrast Coffee Bandung harus dilakukan karena terdapat masalah yaitu turunnya penjualan yang berpengaruh terhadap omzet selama beberapa bulan. Hal ini perlu di evaluasi dari beberapa aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi turunnya omzet seperti pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi, serta sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui beberpa cara yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha Contrast Coffee Bandung sudah dapat dikatakan layak, yaitu aspek teknis dan teknologi dan aspek sumber daya manusia sudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan sudah dimaksimalkan. Lalu aspek pemasaran dianalisis menggunakan metode penilaian bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan melaui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap konsumen dan mendapatkan hasil yang baik walaupun ada beberapa kriteria yang perlu diperbaiki dan dikembangkan. Pada aspek pemasaran pada dimensi promosi masih rendah dibuktikan dari kecilnya skor yang didapat, Contrast Coffee Bandung perlu mengembangkan promosi untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Sedangkan pada aspek teknis dan teknologi Contrast Coffee Bandung sudah cukup baik dilihat dari teknologi yang digunakan, kapasitas produksi serta tata letak Coffee shop itu sendiri. Dan aspek sumber daya manusia Contrast Coffee Bandung memiliki kualitas yang baik karena seluruh karyawan mendapatkan pelatihan sebelum mulai terjun melayanai pelanggan Evaluation of the business feasibility of Contrast Coffee Bandung must be carried out because there is a problem, namely the decline in sales which affects turnover for several months. This needs to be evaluated from several aspects that can affect the decline in turnover such as marketing, technical and technology, and human resources. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative methods. The data analysis technique was carried out in several ways, namely observation, interviews, documentation study, and questionnaires. This research shows that the Contrast Coffee Bandung business is feasible, namely the technical and technological aspects and the human resource aspects have been adjusted to the needs and have been maximized. Then the marketing aspects are analyzed using the marketing mix assessment method which is carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers and getting good results even though there are several criteria that need to be improved and developed. In the marketing aspect, the promotion dimension is still low, as evidenced by the small score obtained, Contrast Coffee Bandung needs to develop promotions to increase sales turnover. Meanwhile, the technical and technological aspects of Contrast Coffee Bandung are quite good in terms of the technology used, production capacity and the layout of the coffee shop itself. And the human resource aspect of Contrast Coffee Bandung has good quality because all employees receive training before starting to serve customers.
