    Abstract

    Trans Metro Bandung is a Bus Rapid Transit in the city of Bandung which was formally operated on September 23, 2009. Trans Metro Bandung has 5 corridors that have been running. This bus is also expected to reduce the number of public transportation and solve congestion in the city of Bandung. One aspect means that the Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) service is a stop (Shelter). Analysis of the service quality of a shelter is meaningful to try because it is directly experienced by users. The procedure to be used in this research is descriptive. Where the required data is secondary data obtained from related agencies and literature. The data is processed and analyzed by means of buffering through the Geographic Information System (GIS). This research begins with the determination of the criteria for selecting the position of shelter from the Department of Transportation in 1996. Next, we try to collect and process spatial information for each criterion obtained from the relevant agencies using thematic maps. In this research, the information processing and GIS analysis uses Arcgis 10 4 soft features. 1. The information analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SPSS and Excel, as well as ArcGis buffering analysis. The findings show that the Trans Metro Bandung shelter is unfit for use and is in a low category.
