Abstract

Penelitian membahas kecenderungan sef efficacy karir berdasarkan jenis kelamin siswa sekolah menengah atas. Tujuan dari peneltiian mendeskripsikan self efficacy karir, dan self efficacy karir berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Sampel penelitian Self efficacy karir siswa kelas XII SMA NU Kaplongan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 berjumlah 164 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah self efficacy karir. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS16 dengan uji analisis Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas tingkat self efficacy karir kelas XII SMA NU Kaplongan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 berada pada kategori tinggi. Uji analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test untuk mengetahui kecenderungan self efficacy karir berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat self efficacy karir siswa kelas XII SMA NU Kaplongan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. The research discusses the tendency of career self-efficacy based on the gender of high school students. The purpose of this study is to describe career self-efficacy, and career self-efficacy by gender. The research sample of career self efficacy of class XII students of SMA NU Kaplongan for the Academic Year 2020/2021 amounted to 164 people who were selected using a random sampling technique. The approach used in the research is a quantitative approach and the method used is descriptive. The instrument used in this research is career self-efficacy. Data were analyzed using SPSS16 application with Independent sample t-test analysis test. The results showed that the majority of the class XII career self-efficacy levels of SMA NU Kaplongan for the 2020/2021 academic year were in the high category. The analysis test was conducted using an independent sample t-test to determine the tendency of career self-efficacy based on gender. The results of the analysis show that gender has no significant effect on the level of career self-efficacy for class XII students at SMA NU Kaplongan for the 2020/2021 academic year.
