Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk mengukur keberhasilan peserta pelatihan dalam pembelajaran, perlu diadakannya suatu evaluasi sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan peserta diklat dalam memahami materi yang diinformasikan oleh instruktur. Evaluasi yang diberikan biasa berupa uji tertulis, aplikasi, maupun lisan. Agar memudahkan melakukan evaluasi, seorang instruktur profesional dituntut supaya membuat sesuatu model maupun sesuatu metode evaluasi yang kreatif, tidak cuma berfungsi sebagai penguji kemampuan peserta pelatihan pula harus mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang dapat membantu perkembangan peserta pelatihan dalam memahami materi pelatihan terkait. Alternatif dari permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan dorongan teknologi pembelajaran. Salah satunya yakni pemanfaatan media pembelajaran online. Riset ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengenali reaksi peserta diklat terhadap media pendidikan Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle dan mengenali pemanfaatan asesmen tes dengan platform Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. Metode riset ini dengan memakai pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Periset melaksanakan studi pemanfaatan asesmen tes dengan platform Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle dan melaksanakan analisa terhadap asumsi peserta diklat serta pemanfaatan e- learning tersebut. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa (1) Respon peserta terkait dengan asesmen dengan platform Learning Management System (LMS) Pada Kegiatan Pelatihan Di Balai Diklat Basarnas mayoritas peserta memberikan respon yang baik dari berbagai aspek penilaian asesmen dengan aspek keterbacaan tulisan respon peserta yang menunjukkan sangat baik sejumlah 6 orang sedangkan respon peserta dengan nilai baik sebanyak 44 peserta, sedangkan pada aspek warna yang jelas seluruh peserta merespon dengan nilai yang baik. Pada aspek kemudahan akses 48 peserta merespon dengan nilai bagus sedangkan peserta sebanyak 2 orang merespon sangat baik. Sedangkan pada aspek kecepatan download 49 peserta merespon baik dan 1 orang peserta merespon sangat baik. (2) Efektifitas pemanfaatan asesmen tes dengan platform learning management system (LMS) pada kegiatan pelatihan di balai diklat Basarnas dengam menggunakan rumus N Gain dengan kriterianya, penulis menemukan hasil penelitian diantaranya adalah dengan frekuensi 45 dan porsentase 90% pemanfatan asesmen tes dengan platform learning managemen system (LMS) pada kegiatan pelatiahan di balai diklat Basarnas tidak efektif. Kata Kunci: Asesmen Tes, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, LMS Moodle ABSTRACT To measure the success of training participants in learning, it is necessary to hold an evaluation as a measure of the success of training participants in understanding the material informed by the instructor. The evaluation given is usually in the form of a written test, application, or oral. In order to facilitate the evaluation, a professional instructor is required to make a model or a creative evaluation method, not only to function as a tester of the ability of the trainees but also to be able to provide learning experiences that can help the development of trainees in understanding the related training material. An alternative to these problems is the encouragement of learning technology.This research aims to identify the reaction of training participants to theeducational media Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle and to recognize the use of test assessments with theplatform Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Researchers conducted a study on the use of test assessments with theplatform Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle and carried out an analysis of the assumptions of training participants and the use of e-learning. The results of this study conclude that (1) The participant's responses related to the assessment with theplatform Learning Management System (LMS)In the Training Activities at the Basarnas Training Center the majority of participants gave good responses from various aspects of the assessment assessment with aspects of the readability of the participant's response writing which showed very good as many as 6 people while the response of participants with good scores was 44 participants, while in the aspect of clear color all participants responded with good scores. In the aspect of ease of access, 48 participants responded with good scores, while 2 participants responded very well. While on the aspect of download speed 49 participants responded well and 1 participant responded very well. (2) The effectiveness of the use of test assessments with aplatform learning management system (LMS)in training activities at the National Basarnas training center using the N Gain formula with the criteria, the authors found that the research results included a frequency of 45 and a percentage of 90% of the use of test assessments with aplatform learning management. system (LMS) on training activities at the Basarnas training center is not effective. .
