Abstract
Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap pelaksanaan program Diklat Teknik Pengukuran dan Kalibrasi dengan prestasi belajar peserta Diklat di BPI LIPI Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan skor total tiap instrument. Uji normalitas, analisis korelasi dan uji signifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa Persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap pelaksanaan program Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi berada pada kategori baik. Namun, secara khusus berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan dapat diambil kesimpulan; (1) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti (positif dan signifikan) antara persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap perecanaan program Diklat dengan prestasi belajar peserta Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi di BPI LIPI Bandung, (2) Persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap proses pelaksanaan program Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi dengan prestasi belajar peserta Diklat berada pada kategori baik, (3) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti (positif dan signifikan) antara persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap evaluasi program Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi dengan prestasi belajar peserta Diklat di BPI LIPI Bandung, (4) Prestasi belajar peserta Diklat berada pada kategori baik. Prestasi belajar Diklat dilihat dari berbagai aspek yaitu melalui hasil evaluasi formatif dan sumatif yang diakumulasikan dan menghasilkan pencapaian yang baik, (5) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi peserta Diklat terhadap pelaksanaan program Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi dengan prestasi belajar peserta Diklat di BPI LIPI Bandung. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut maka diberikan rekomendasi, yaitu dalam pelaksanaan program Diklat teknik pengukuran dan kalibrasi sebaiknya tidak hanya terfokus pada materi, metode dan media saja, akan tetapi komponen pelaksanaan Diklat lainnya seperti tujuan dan evaluasi pembelajaran program Diklat harus mendapat perhatian agar terintegrasi pula terhadap prestasi belajar peserta Diklat. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Peserta Diklat, Pelaksanaan Program Diklat, Prestasi Belajar Peserta Diklat. This research responded to the matters of research that have been formulated: “Is there a positive and significant relationship between the perception of training and education participants to the implementation of training and education program activities in the measurement and calibration techniques and the learning performance of training and education participants at BPI LIPI Bandung?” This research used a correlation descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used is in the forms of questionnaires and documentary study. Based on the result of research in the field, it can be drawn a conclusion generally that (1) There is a meaningful (positive and significant) relationship between the perception of training and education participants to the planning of training and education program and the learning performance of training and education participants in the instrumentation measurement and calibration techniques at BPI LIPI Bandung, (2) the perception of training and education participants to the process of training and education program implementation in the instrumentation measurement and calibration techniques and the learning performance of training and education participants is in a good category, (3) There is a meaningful (positive and significant) relationship between the perception of training and education participants to the evaluation of training and education program in the instrumentation measurement and calibration techniques and the learning performance of training and education participants in the instrumentation measurement and calibration techniques at BPI LIPI Bandung, (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between the perception of training and education participants to the implementation of training and education program in the instrumentation measurement and calibration techniques and the learning performance of training and education participants at BPI LIPI Bandung. Based on the statement, so it is given a recommendation, that is in the implementation of training and education program in the measurement and calibration techniques it would be not only focused on the material, method and media.
