Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) strata ekonomi, (2) motivasi, (3) strata ekonomi dan motivasi belajar terhadap kinerja belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung dengan sampel siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian ketenagalistrikan sebanyak 64 siswa, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai korelasi strata ekonomi terhadap kinerja belajar sebesar 0,50, (2) nilai korelasi motivasi belajar terhadap kinerja belajar sebesar 0,46, (3) pada uji F semua berkonstribusi signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada strata ekonomi terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 25,8% dan termasuk ke dalam hubungan kategori sedang, (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 20,8% dan termasuk ke dalam hubungan kategori sedang, (3) strata ekonomi dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 37% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Sebagai implikasi, diperlukan peranan guru dan orang tua agar pandai menumbuhkan motivasi siswa dalam belajarnya. Karena dukungan dari orang-orang terdekat sangat mempengaruhi seberapa besar motivasi yang dimiliki siswa. Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of (1) economic strata, (2) the motivation, (3) the economic strata and learning motivation toward learning performance. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung with a sample of 64 students of class X electrical expertise competence, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. This research method uses quantitative methods, with data analysis techniques used are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the correlation value of economic strata toward learning performance was 0.50, (2) the correlation value of learning motivation toward learning performance was 0.46, (3) the F test all contributed significantly. So it can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant influence on economic strata toward learning performance with a contribution value of 25.8% and is included in the moderate category relationship, (2) learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on learning performance with a contribution value of 20 .8% and this is the medium category relationship, (3) economic strata and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on learning performance with a contribution value of 37% and this is the medium category. As an implication, the role of teachers and parents is needed to be good at growing students' motivation in learning. Because the support from the closest people greatly affects how much motivation students have.
