Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat fenomena tuntutan pelanggan yang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas dari suatu lembaga penyedia produk/jasa, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2015 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusbangkom JPW. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 86 responden. Dengan bantuan program Mocrosoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 24.0 for Windows, Berdasarkan uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,609 dan termasuk pada kategori tingkat hubungan “kuat”. Untuk uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh sebesar 37,1% terhadap variabel Y. Sementara hasil uji siginifikansi diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 7,034 sedangkan t_tabel sebesar 1,667 jika t_hitung > t_tabel maka, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y ̂ = 19,540 + 0,608X. Rekomendasi yang disarankan penulis yaitu hendaknya para pegawai bisa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kuantitas kinerjanya, dan bagi lembaga agar memperhatikan pengembangan sistem yang harus terus diperbarui serta diharapkan untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu secara berkelanjutan di masa mendatang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2015 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusbangkom JPW. The title of this research is "The Effect of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Implementation on Employee Performance in the Center for Road Competency Development, Housing and Regional Infrastructure Development". This research was conducted by looking at the phenomenon of customer demands who want to get quality service from a product/service provider institution, so the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 Implementation on Institution. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire or questionnaire on 86 respondents. With the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 24.0 for Windows, based on the correlation test between X and Y variables, the value is 0.609 and is included in the category of "strong" relationship level. For the determination test, it was found that the X variable had an effect of 37.1% on the Y variable. While the results of the significance test obtained the t_calculation value of 7.034 while the t_table was 1.667 if t_calculation > t_tablethen, there was a significant relationship between the X and Y variables. The results of the regression analysis were obtained equation Y = 19.540 + 0.608X. The recommendation suggested by the author is that employees should be able to maintain and increase the quantity of their performance, and for institutions to pay attention to the development of a system that must be continuously updated and is expected to implement a quality management system in a sustainable manner in the future. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 on the Performance of Institution.
