    Abstract

    Penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan porsi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di restoran Selasih 2 Bandung baik secara parsial maupun parsial. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel independent yaitu kualitas produk dan porsi produk serta variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan konsumen. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif yang dalam pengolahannya menggunakan proses SPSS 19. Metode pengumpulan data, dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi kepada 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas produk dan porsi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di restoran Selasih 2 Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Diantara kedua variabel independent, kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen di restoran Selasih 2 Bandung.

    The study of the formulation of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and serving product for customer satisfaction in the restaurant Selasih 2 Bandung either partially or simultaneously. In this study, there are two independent variables, namely the quality of the product and product portion, and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The method of research used descriptive method that the verification process using SPSS 19. Methods of data collection, conducted by questionnaire and study documentation spread to 100 respondents. Based on the results obtained that the quality of the product and the product portion signification positive influence on customer satisfaction in the restaurant Selasih 2 Bandung either partially or simultaneously. Between the two independent variables, the quality of the product gives the most impact on customer satisfaction in restaurant Selasih 2 Bandung.
