    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji ialah rendahnya kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Pos 40000 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanasi (explanatory survey) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai Kantor POS 40000 Kota Bandung, sebanyak 109 orang yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai unit analisis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Pos 40000 Kota Bandung.
    The problem studied in this research is about the low job satisfaction of the employees in the Post Office 40000 of Bandung City. This research is conducted to find out how the effect of self-efficacy on employees’ job satisfaction. This research uses the method of explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. This study uses the method the of explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. There are 109 employees in total used as the unit of the analysis. The analytical techniques used are simple regression analyses. From the results of data analysis, a conclusion is obtained. The conclusion of the study is that self-efficacies have simultaneously big influences (or effects) for the job satisfaction of the employees.
