Abstract

Budaya kerja industri sering digunakan pada sebuah perusahaan atau institusi, salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan budaya kerja industri adalah PT Komatsu. Pada saat ini banyak perusahaan berbondong-bondong untuk menyediakan pendidikan dan kerjasama dengan sekolah karena akan ada insentif super tax deduction, salah satu sekolah yang bekerjasama dengan PT Komatsu adalah SMKN 2 Kota Bandung khususnya pada jurusan teknik pengelasan. Belum adanya monitoring dan evaluasi dari pikah sekolah dan perusahaan membuat penerapan budaya kerja PT Komatsu tidak bisa dilihat kesesuaiannya dan keberhasilanya. Masalah tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian penerapan budaya kerja PT Komatsu pada kelas teknik pengelasan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kesesuaian dan hasil penerapan budaya kerja PT Komatsu. Dimana bidang yang diterapkan pada budaya kerja yaitu 5s, 3c, horenso dan yoss check. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket budaya kerja PT Komatsu yang telah melalui tahap validasi ahli dan validasi secara statistik. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja yang berbentuk pertanyaan memiliki skor kriteria interpretasi 87,30% yang berarti penerapan budaya kerja PT Komatsu sudah sangat sesuai dengan modul Komatsu class, kemudian responden memiliki skor self-control untuk self-discipline sebesar 75,75% yang artinya penerapan budaya kerja PT Komatsu sudah sangat baik. Kata kunci: Budaya kerja PT Komatsu, super tax deduction, Budaya kerja 5s Industrial work culture is often used in a company or institution, one of the companies implementing work culture is PT Komatsu. At present many companies are flocking to provide education and collaboration with schools because there will be a super tax deduction incentive, one of the schools that collaborates with PT Komatsu is SMKN 2 Bandung, especially in the welding engineering department. The absence of monitoring and evaluation of the school and company marriage makes the implementation of PT Komatsu's work culture incompatible and its success. These problems encourage researchers to conduct research into the application of PT Komatsu's work culture in the welding engineering class. The research objective is to determine the suitability and results of the implementation of the work culture of PT Komatsu. Where the fields that are applied to work culture are 5s, 3c, horenso and yoss check. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of PT Komatsu's work culture questionnaire that has passed the stages of expert validation and statistical validation. The results of the questionnaire showed that the work culture variable in the form of questions had an interpretation criterion score of 87.3%, which meant that the application of PT Komatsu's work culture was very compatible with the Komatsu class module, then respondents have a self-control score for self-discipline of 75.75% which means the application of PT Komatsu's work culture is very good.
