Abstract
Tingkat keberhasilan dalam pelatihan tentunya diukur dari hasil peserta pelatihan tetapi tidak dipungkiri juga bahwa dalam suatu pelatihan tentunya akan terdapat beberapa fasilitator diklat salah satunya adalah trainer atau pelatih. Seorang trainer haruslah memiliki kemampuan yang sudah diakui sedikitnya oleh organisasi yang memakainya. Training of trainer Santri Siap Guna merupakan pelatihan yang diperuntukan bagi pelatih agar calon pelatih memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan yang diharapkan lembaga pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, “Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum training of traner santri siap guna dan hubungannya dengan kinerja trainer dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan”. Adapun rumusan masalah secara lebih khusus adalah “bagaimana pelaksanaan tujuan pelatihan; bagaimana isi/materi pelatihan; bagaimana proses pelatihan; bagaimana evaluasi pelatihan; seberapa besar hubungan implementasi kurikulum training of trainer dengan kinerja trainer pada aspek (kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, penggunaan waktu kerja, kerjasama dengan rekan kerja)”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan random sampling. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum training of trainer Santri Siap Guna dengan kinerja trainer. Kesimpulan secara khusus adalah pelaksanaan tujuan pelatihan sangat baik; isi/materi dan evaluasi pelatihan baik; proses pelatihan cukup; terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum training of trainer Santri Siap Guna dengan kinerja trainer aspek kualitas kerja; penggunaan waktu kerja; kerjasama dengan rekan kerja; namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum training of trainer Santri Siap Guna dengan kinerja trainer aspek kuantitas kerja.; The success rate in the training is of course measured by the results of the training participants but it is undeniable that in training there will be some training facilitators one of whom is a trainer. A trainer must have at least a recognized ability by the organization that uses it. The Training of trainers of Santri Siap Guna is a training that is intended for the trainers so that the trainer candidate has the criteria as expected by the training institution. This study aims to answer the problem formulation, "How the implementation of curriculum training of traner santri siap guna and its relation with the performance of trainer in education and training". The more specific problem formulation is "how to implement to training objectives; how the content / training materials; how the training process; how to evaluate training; how big is the relationship of curriculum implementation of trainer to trainer performance on aspect (work quality, quantity of work, use of working time, cooperation with co-worker) ". This research uses descriptive correlational method with quantitative approach. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation studies. Sampling technique used random sampling. Based on the conclusion of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation curriculum training of trainer santri siap guna with the performance of the trainer. The conclusion in particular is the setting of excellent training goals; content / material and evaluation of good training; enough training process; there is a positive and significant correlation between the implementation of the curriculum training of trainer of Santri Siap Guna to the trainer performance on the quality aspect of work; use of work time; cooperation with co-workers; but there is no positive and significant correlation between the implementation of curriculum traininig of trainer of Santri Siap Guna with trainer performance of quantity aspect of work.
