Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa broken home sehingga dituntut untuk memiliki resiliensi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran resiliensi siswa broken home Kelas X SMA Pasundan 8 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 dan implikasinya terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah siswa broken home Kelas X Bandung yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Penelitian menunjukkan: (1) gambaran umum resiliensi siswa broken home berada pada kategori kurang resilien; (2) rumusan program sebagai implikasi gambaran resiliensi siswa broken home dengan fokus pada aspek dan indikator resiliensi yang berada pada kategori kurang resilien dan tidak resilien. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pihak sekolah dan guru bimbingan dan konseling agar mengimplementasikan program bimbingan dan konseling yang telah dirumuskan. The research is motivated by the problems faced by broken home students so that they are required to have resilience. The aims of the study was to describe the description of the resilience of broken home students of 10th grade of high school SMA Pasundan 8 Bandung in Academic Year 2019/2020 and their implications for the guidance and counseling program. The research approach was using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The research respondents were 50. Research shows: (1) general description of broken home student resilience in the less-resilient category; (2) the formulation of the program as an implication of the description of the resilience of broken home students with a focus on aspects and indicators of resilience with less-resilient and not-resilience category. Recommendations are given to schools and guidance and counseling teachers to implement the formulated guidance and counseling program.
