Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis prinsip kerjasama dan kesopanan interaksi komunikasi yang terdapat pada forum daring. Analisis ini berfokus pada bagaimana bentuk kemunculan dan pelanggaran prinsip kerjasama dan kesopanan yang terdapat pada forum daring Perancis ForumFr. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sepuluh topik pada forum daring Perancis ForumFr yang terdapat pada tema “Culture”. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa diskusi dari seluruh topik mengandung prinsip kerjasama. Sedangkan prinsip kesopanan hanya ditemukan pada tujuh topik saja. Untuk prinsip kerjasama, peneliti menemukan tuturan yang sesuai dengan kaidah maksim kuantitas sebanyak 19 tuturan, maksim kualitas 12 tuturan, maksim relevansi 6 tuturan dan maksim cara 1 tuturan. Untuk prinsip kesopanan, peneliti menemukan maksim kebijaksanaan sebanyak 10 tuturan, maksim kemurahan hati sebanyak 2 tuturan, maksim penerimaan sebanyak 1 tuturan, maksim kerendahan hati sebanyak 1 tuturan dan maksim kecocokan sebanyak 4 tuturan. Selain itu, peneliti juga menyimpulkan terdapat pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang terjadi pada prinsip kerjasama paling banyak ditemukan yaitu pada maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas. Sedangkan pelanggaran pada prinsip kesopanan ditemukan pada maksim kemurahan hati. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang komprehensif mengenai fenomena prinsip kerjasama dan prinsip kesopanan dalam bentuk interaksi komunikasi secara tidak langsung dalam hal ini forum diskusi daring. Oleh karena itu kajian mengenai penelitian ini masih relevan untuk dilakukan.----------The purpose of the research is to analyze the principle of cooperation and politeness of communication interactions in an online forum. This analysis focuses on the form of emergence and violation the principle of cooperation and politeness in the French online forum ForumFr. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from ten topics on the ForumFr theme “Culture”. The results of the analysis show that discussion of all topics contains the principle of cooperation. While the principle of politeness is only found on seven topics. For the principle of cooperation, researchers found speeches that were in accordance with the rules of maxim quantity 19 speech, maxim of quality 12 speech, maxim of relevance 6 speech and maxim of manner 1 speech. For the principle of politeness, researchers found the tact maxim of 10 speech, the generosity maxim of 2 speech, the approbation maxim of 1 speech, the modesty maxim of 1 speech and the agreement maxim of 4 speech. In addition, the researcher also concluded violations and occurred in the principle of cooperation which were most commonly found, namely the maxim of the quantity and maxim of quality. Where as violations of the principle of politeness are found in the generosity maxim. This research is expected to provide comprehensive information about the phenomenon of cooperative principles and the principle of politeness in the form of indirect communication interactions in this case an online discussion forum.
