    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan seberapa besar latihan rope climbing berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan, seberapa besar latihan pull-up berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tengan dan seberapa besar perbandingan latihan rope climbing dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang seberapa besar perbandingan dari latihan rope climbing dan latihan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada atlet Judo di UKM judo upi. Power otot lengan merupakan aspek kondisi fisik yang sangat penting pada cabang olahraga judo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan di UKM Judo upi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari UKM Judo upi. Penelitian ini menggunakan insturmen medicine ball test (MBT). Dari hasil pengolahan data penelitian maka diperoleh bahwa signifikansi dari kedua kelompok treatment tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan rope climbing dengan latihan pull up terhadap peningakatan power lengan atlet judo dan cocok diterapkan dalam latihan ---- The purpose of this study was to reveal how much rope climbing exercises affect the increase in arm muscle power, how much pull-up exercise has an effect on increasing middle muscle power and how much comparison of rope climbing and pull-up exercises to increase arm muscle power. This study explains how much comparison of rope climbing exercises and pull-up exercises to increase arm muscle power in Judo athletes in UKM judo upi. Power of the arm muscles is an aspect of physical condition that is very important in every sport, especially in the judo sport. The method used in this study was Experiments. The research was conducted at UKM Judo by using a purposive sampling technique from UKM Judo. This study used a medicine ball test (MBT) instrument. From the results of the research data processing, it can be concluded that the significance of the two treatment groups can be concluded that there is a significant effect of rope climbing exercises with pull up exercises on increasing the power of the judo athlete's arm and suitable to be applied in training
