Abstract

Siswa membutuhkan ketersediaan sumber daya, dukungan akademik, dan fasilitas pendukung struktur kerja kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Salah satu kebutuhan siswa terkait fasilitas pendukung kerja kelompok yaitu forum diskusi, berbagi informasi, dan membangun pengetahuan melalui media online.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem berbasis web guna membantu guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan tahapan-tahapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Sistem diperlukan agar proses pembelajaran siswa lebih terstruktur, memudahkan siswa berinteraksi dengan teman kelompoknya, dan memudahkan guru dalam melakukan monitoring proyek kerja siswa.Secara umum, sistem dikembangkan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan penilaian.Terkait pengujian dampak dari penggunaan sistem ini dilakukan uji usabilitas yang diadaptasi dari ISO 9126-Usability modelyaitu: 1) Understandability; 2) Learnability; 3) Operability; dan 4) Attractiveness. Hasil pengujian usabilitas menunjukkan bahwa tingkat usabilitas Sistem Monitoring Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyekini memiliki kriteria sangat baik menurut ahli media dan guru dengan skor 82.917% dan 87,292% serta kriteria efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model project based learning menurut siswa dengan skor 79,244%. Saat ini, Sistem Monitoring Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyektersebut telah berhasil diterapkan dengan namadomain simon.learn.web.id;---Students need the availability of resources, academic support, and facilities to support group’s work in achieving the learning goals. The needs that related with group’s work supporting facilities are forums for discussion, information sharing, and building knowledge through online media. This study aims to design a web-based system to help teachers and students in implementing the stages of Project Based Learning model. The system is needed in student learning process for learning processbe more structured, easier for students to interact with their group, and easier for teachers to monitor student work projects.In generally, system was developed into several stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and assessment. Usability test has been carried out in related to the impact in using this system that adapted ISO 9126-Usability models: 1) Understandability; 2) Learnability; 3) Operability; and 4) Attractiveness. Usability test results show that the usability level of Project-Based Learning Monitoring System had very good criteria according to media experts and teachers assessment with a score 82.917% and 87.292% and effective criteria according to students assessment with a score 79.294%. The Project-Based Learning Monitoring System has been successfully implemented with the domain name simon.learn.web.id.
