Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapakan model Pembelajaran TPSR dengan variabel atributnya yaitu kecerdasan emosional terhadap sikap tanggung jawab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Faktorial sederhana 2x2. Penelitian ini dilakukandi SMPN 3 Paseh. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas delapan (VIII) SMPN 3 Paseh. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang yang tersebar dalam empat kelompok yaitu: pertama, model TPSR dengan kontrak dan kecerdasan emosional tinggi 16 orang, kedua model TPSR tanpa kontrak dan kecerdasan emosional tinggi 16 orang, ketiga model TPSR dengan kontrak dan kecerdasan emosional rendah 16 orang, keempat model TPSR tanpa kontrak dan kecerdasan emosional rendah 16 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala tanggung jawab. Setelah melalui hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan Anava diperoleh informasi sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat perbedaan sikap tanggung jawab antara model TPSR dengan kontrak dan tanpa kontrak. 2) Terdapat perbedaan sikap tanggung jawab antara model TPSR dengan kontrak dan tanpa kontrak pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi. 3) Terdapat perbedaan sikap tanggung jawab antara model TPSR dengan kontrak dan tanpa kontrak pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah. 4) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model TPSR dengan kecerdasan emosional.;---This study aims to apply the TPSR learning model with its attribute variable that is Emotional Intelligence towards Responsibility Attitude. The research method used in this research is the experimental method using simple factorial design 2x2. This research was conducted in SMPN 3 Paseh. The population is all eighth graders (VIII) SMPN 3 Paseh. The technique sampling used in this research is simple random sampling technique. The sample used in this study was only 64 students scattered in four groups: First, the TPSR learning model with contract and high emotional intelligence of 16 people; group two, learning model of TPSR without contract and with high emotional intelligence of 16 people; group three, model of TPSR learning with contract and low emotional intelligence of 16 people; group four, learning model of TPSR with no contract and low emotional intelligence of 16 people. The instrument of this study uses the scale of emotional intelligence and the scale of responsibility. After going through the results of data processing and data analysis using Anova, it is obtained some information as follows: 1) There is difference of responsibility attitude between learning model of TPSR with contract and TPSR without contract. 2) There is difference of responsibility attitude between TPSR with contract and TPSR without contract in group of students who have high emotional intelligence. 3) There is a difference of responsibility attitude between TPSR with contract and TPSR without contract on group of students who have low emotional intelligence. 4) There is no interaction between the TPSR learning model with emotional intelligence.
