Abstract

Permasalah yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil pra penelitian tingkat motivasi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Anggota HIPMI PT UPI (Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang nyata dan akurat mengenai Pengaruh Karakteristik Kewirausahaan terhadap Motivasi Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Anggota HIPMI PT UPI Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 669 orang responden dan sampel berjumlah 90 responden.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Karakteristik Kewirausahaan Anggota HIPMI PT Bandung berada dalam katagori sedang di angka 64 %. Dan Motivasi Kewirausahaan Anggota HIPMI PT Bandung berada dalam katagori sedang diangka 60%. KD= 33,5% sedangkan sisanya 66,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya HIPMI PT UPI lebih memperhatikan event-event dan sistem pengkaderan yang bisa meningkatkan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan anggota untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Kewirausahaan anggota karena Karakteristik Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kewirausahaan. The problem of examined in this study is the result of pre-study student entrepreneurial motivation level of HIPMI PT UPI members (Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) are low. The study aims to obtain an accurate and real description about entrepreneurship characteristics influence on students entrepreneurial motivation of HIPMI PT UPI Member. This study uses description method through verification with population of 669 respondents and sample of 90 respondents. The analysis technique is the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Simple Regression Analysis. The results showed that the Entrepreneurial Characteristics of HIPMI PT Bandung members are belonged in the middle category in figure 64% and Entrepreneurship Motivation of HIPMI PT UPI Bandung members are belonged in the category of middle with 60%. . KD = 33,5%, while the remaining 66,5% is influenced by other factors not examined. The advices should be given for HIPMI PT UPI are more attention to events and cadre system development to increase characteristics of members that the effect for increasing of entrepreneurship motivation, cause entrepreneurship characteristics have an influence on entrepreneurship motivation.
