Abstract

Penelitian bertitiktolak dari fenomena masih banyak remaja yang belum mencapai penalaran moral otonom yang mengakibatkan perilaku delinquent pada remaja. Secara umum penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendekatan konseling kognitif perilaku dalam mengembangkan penalaran moral peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Dewi Sartika Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, non-equivalent control-group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik homogeneous sampling pada 68 peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Dewi Sartika Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Instrumen penalaran moral berupa kuesioner (angket) berbentuk cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) profil penalaran moral peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Dewi Sartika Bandung secara umum berada kategori tahapan semi otonom; 2) program intervensi konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training dan teknik restructuring cognitive untuk mengembangkan penalaran moral yang memadai terdiri dari komponen rasional, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, sasaran, tujuan, sasaran, kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling, peran guru bimbingan dan konseling, struktur dan tahapan program, serta evaluasi dan indikator keberhasilan; 3) teknik restructuring cognitive efektif untuk mengembangkan penalaran moral, sedangkan teknik assertive training tidak efektif untuk mengembangkan penalaran moral. The Effectivity of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Develop Moral Reasoning (Research Experiment at SMP Dewi Sartika Bandung Academic Year 2019-2020) Research starting from phenomena are still many teenagers who have not yet reached autonomous moral reasoning which results in delinquent behavior in adolescents. In general, the study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral counseling approach in developing moral reasoning for grade VIII students at Dewi Sartika Junior High School in Bandung in the academic year 2019/2020. The study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods, non-equivalent control-group design. The sampling technique was using a homogeneous sampling technique on 68 students of class VIII at Dewi Sartika Junior High School in Bandung. Data collection using moral reasoning instruments in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of a story. The results showed: 1) the moral reasoning profile of VIII grade students of Dewi Sartika Junior High School Bandung, in general, was in the category of semi-autonomous stages; 2) group counseling intervention program with assertive training techniques and cognitive restructuring techniques to develop adequate moral reasoning consisting of rational components, description of needs, goals, objectives, goals, objectives, teacher guidance and counseling competencies, the role of teacher guidance and counseling, structure and program stages, as well as evaluations and indicators of success; 3) cognitive restructuring techniques are effective for developing moral reasoning, whereas assertive training techniques are not effective for developing moral reasoning.
