Abstract
Masalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai kinerja mengajar guru ipa . Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru ipa, diantaranya pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : a) Mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran b) Mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah c) Mengetahui gambaran Kinerja mengajar guru ipa di SMP se-gugus Kabupaten Bandung d)Menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran terhadap kinerja mengajar guru ipa di SMP se-gugus 03 Kabupaten Bandung e) Menganalisis sebarapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar di SMP se-gugus 03 Kabupaten Bandung f) Menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh sarana pembelajaran dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru ipa di SMP se-gugus 3 Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket di 33 SMP se-gugus 03 Kabupaten Bandung.Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Model PPM ( Pearson Product Moment). Berdasarkan perhitungan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru ipa di SMP se-gugus 03 kabupaten Bandung dikategorikan baik, serta pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara sendiri-sendiri atau bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru ipa. Disarankan sebaiknya dalam pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran harus seoptimal mungkin untuk memudahkan guru ipa dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Selain sarana pembelajaran, kepala sekolah mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru ipa. Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer harus bisa memotivasi dan menfasilitasi guru ipa untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru ipa. The research aimed to: a) Knowing overview of learning utilization b) Determine the principal leadership c) Determine the performance overview of teaching a junior high school teacher in Bandung regency group d) Analyze how much influence the utilization of infrastructures on teaching performance of junior high school teacher in Bandung district e) Analyze how great influence the principal's leadership on sciences teachers’ teaching performance in junior high school in Bandung district f) Analyze great the influence of learning facilities and principles leadership on junior high school in Bandung district. . The research used was explanatory survey method, using data collection techniques with the questionnaire in 33 junior high school Bandung district. The data processed using PPM (Pearson Product Moment) models. Based on the calculation of the obtained results that the utilization of learning facilities, principles leadership and sciences teachers’ teaching performance in junior high school in Bandung district categorized good effect, and also learning facilities with principles leadership, either individually or collectively affect to the sciences teachers’ teaching. In this case, advised in the use of learning fasilities should be as optimal as possible to facilitate teachers in delivering learning material. In addition to infrastructure, the principal has a very important role to improve sciences teacher’s performance. Principals as managers must be able to motivate and facilitate teachers to improve sciences teachers’ teaching performance.
