Abstract
Keberagaman yang dapat diterima oleh seluruh warga sekolah menjadi salah satu tolak ukur penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif. Memperluas kesempatan interaksi sosial yang bermakna bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah menjadi penting untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kondisi objektif interaksi sosial siswa berkebuthan khusus bersama warga sekolah lainnya, gambaran kondisi objektif masalah interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah, memperoleh gambaran dan kondisi objektif program interaksi sosial yang telah diimplementasikan oleh sekolah hingga mengetahui hal yang perlu dikembangkan dalam program interaksi sosial siswa berkebtuhan khusus sampai kepada mengembangkan program interaksi sosial tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau R and D dengan desain ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan beberapa hal: pertama kondisi objektif interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan warga sekolah lainnya masih sangat terbatas. Kedua, siswa berkebutuhan khusus masih merasa sebagai tamu di sekolah dan kurang mampu menjalin hubungan sosial dengan warga sekolah lainnya selain kepada sesama siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Ketiga, program interaksi sosial yang telah diimplementasikan sekolah kurang mampu membuat interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus meluas dan lebih bermakna sebab pelaksanaannya yang kurang intens sehingga program ini perlu dikembangkan. Keempat, “Sehari Bersama” atau “One Day Together” merupakan sebuah program interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang telah dikembangkan peneliti di lingkungan sekolah pendidikan inklusif tempat dilaksanakannya penelitian. Program ini berisi kegiatan warga sekolah khususnya siswa reguler bersama siswa berkebutuhan khusus selama satu hari mulai dari kegiatan di dalam kelas pada saat proses pembelajaran, pada saat istirahat hingga pulang sekolah.--------------------------------------------------The diversity that is acceptable to all schoolchildren is one of the key benchmarks in the success of inclusive education. Expanding meaningful social interaction opportunities for students with special needs in schools is important to develop. This study aims to obtain a description of the objective condition of social interaction of students with special needs with other school members, an objective description of the problem in social interaction of students with special needs in schools, obtaining an objective condition social interaction program that has been implemented by the school to find out what is the needs to be developed. The type of the research is research and development or R and D with ADDIE design. The results of this study conclude several things: first objective conditions of social interaction with special needs students with other school members is still very limited. Second, students with special needs still feel as guests in school and less able to establish social relationships with other school members than to fellow students with special needs. Third, social interaction programs that have been implemented in schools are less able to make the social interaction of students with special needs widespread and more meaningful because the implementation is less intense so that the program needs to be developed. Fourth, "A Day Together" or "One Day Together" is a social interaction program of students with special needs that have been developed by researchers in the environment of inclusive education schools where the research is conducted. This program contains activities of school members, especially regular students with special needs students for one day starting from the activities in the classroom during the learning process, at the rest time, until end of the school time in a day.
