Abstract

Dalam olahraga pencak silat, selama ini masih banyak pelatih memberikan penilaian terhadap tingkat kemampuan teknik hanya didasarkan pada pengamatan pelatih pada saat proses latihan berlangsung. Oleh karena itu perlunya disusun suatu alat ukur yang berbasis teknologi yang mampu mengukur tingkat kemampuan teknik tendangan dan pukulan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan data dengan validitas tinggi secara akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memodifikasi sebuah sandsack untuk dijadikan suatu alternatif alat ukur maximal power tendangan dan pukulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat ukur ini dilakukan uji coba kepada 6 orang selama 4 hari. Setiap orang melakukan 15 kali pukulan dan 15 kali tendangan. Cara kerja alat yaitu data yang terekam melalui sensor inertial measurement unit akan di olah oleh arduiono yang ditampilkan melalui software power calculator yang dikirimkan melalui komunikasi Bluetooth antara handphone android dengan alat hanya berisikan satu data penting hasil perhitungan power dalam satuan watt. Hal inilah menunjukkan alat akan mulai merekam daya yang diberikan, sehingga proses pukulan dan tendangan terhadap sandsack bisa dilakukan dan hasil perhitungan akan secara otomatis terekam oleh alat dan dikirimkan ke aplikasi. Pada hasil statistik bahwa dapat disimpulkan hasil validitas alat ukur power maximal tendangan yaitu 0,949 > 0,2072,Sedangakan hasil validitas alat ukur power maximal pukulan yaitu 0,963 > 0,207, maka alat ukur power maximal pukulan dan tendangan pada penelitian ini memiliki validitas. Kemudian hasil realibilitas alat ukur pukulan memiliki nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,253 dan nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,016 < 0.05 sedangkan tendangan memiliki nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,607 dan nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,000 < 0.05. Artinya ada konsistensi dan kestabilan hasil yang didapat pada tes 2 dan tes 3. Kesimpulannya adalah alat ukur ini bisa dijadikan sebuah alternatif instrument untuk mengetahui maximal power tendangan dan pukulan dalam olahraga pencak sila, ;---In the pencak silat sport, so far there are still many trainers giving an assessment of the level of technical ability based solely on the coach's observations during the training process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a technology-based measuring instrument that is able to measure the level of kick and punch technique, so that it can produce data with high validity accurately. The purpose of this study is to modify a sandsack to be used as an alternative tool to measure maximal power of kicks and punches. This research uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This measuring instrument was tested for 6 people for 4 days. Everyone has 15 shots and 15 kicks. The way the device works is the data recorded via the inertial measurement unit sensor will be processed by Arduiono which is displayed through a power calculator software that is sent via Bluetooth communication between the Android mobile phone and the tool only contains one important data from the calculation of power in watts. This shows that the tool will start recording the power provided, so that the punch and kick process against the sandsack can be done and the results of the calculation will be automatically recorded by the tool and sent to the application. In the statistical results that can be concluded the results of the validity of the power maximal kick gauge is 0.949> 0.2072, while the results of the validity of the maximal power measuring instrument is 0.963> 0.207, then the punch maximal power measurement and kicks in this study have validity. Then the results of the reliability of the punch gauge has a pearson correlation value of 0.253 and its significance value is 0.016 <0.05 while the kick has a pearson correlation value of 0.607 and its significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is consistency and stability in the results obtained in test 2 and test 3. The conclusion is that this measurement tool can be used as an alternative instrument to find out the maximal power of kicks and punches in the sport of pencak silat.
