    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan abc laddder dalam meningkatkan gerak dasar lari jarak pendek. Peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 10 Bandung, yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi tes gerak dasar lari jarak pendek. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada tes awal adalah 35%, hasil yang diperoleh siklus I tindakan I adalah 47%, hasil yang diperoleh siklus I tindakan II adalah 61%, dan hasil yang diperoleh siklus Ii tindakan I adalah 80%. Hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penerapan abc laddder terhadap gerak dasar lari jarak pendek.

    The purpose of the study was to determine the application of ABC Laddder in improving the basic motion of sprint running. Researchers use class action research methods (PTK). The research subject is a grade VIII student of Junior high school 10 Bandung, which amounted to 30 students. The research instrument is basic motion of sprint test observation sheet. The results of the studies obtained at the initial test was 35%, the results gained cycle I action I was 47%, the results gained cycle I action II was 61%, and the results gained cycle Ii action I was 80%. The results of the study supported the hypothesis that there was an influence from the application of ABC Ladder to basic motion of sprint.
