Abstract
Kesulitan siswa dalam belajar harus diketahui penyebabnya, karena dapat menurunkan kualitas dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kesulitan belajar siswa dalam praktikum instalasi motor listrik. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 4 Bandung. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas XI TITL (Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik) sebanyak 60 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar Instalasi Motor Listrik (IML) pada siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) ada 7 faktor dibagi menjadi 2 kategori yakni faktor internal dan faktor ekternal. Faktor internal meliputi faktor kemampuan sebesar 45.834%, faktor motivasi sebesar 41.671 %, faktor minat sebesar 2.081%, dan faktor fokus sebesar 2.081%. Adapun faktor eksternal meliputi faktor keluarga sebesar 2.081%, faktor masyarakat sebesar 6.252% dan untuk faktor sekolah termasuk faktor yang tidak mempersulit siswa pada praktikum instalasi motor listrik.;--The difficulty of students in learning must be known as the cause, because it can reduce the quality of learning. This study aims to determine the factors of student learning difficulties in practicing the installation of electric motors. The study was conducted at SMK 4 Bandung. The sample in this study was 60 XI TITL (Electric Power Installation Techniques) classes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Based on the results of this study, the factors causing learning difficulties Electric Motor Installation (IML) in class XI students majoring in Electric Power Installation Engineering (TITL) there are 7 factors divided into 2 categories namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include ability factors of 45.834%, motivation factors of 41.671%, interest factors of 2.081%, and focus factors of 2.081%. The external factors include family factors of 2,081%, community factors of 6,252% and for school factors including factors that do not complicate students in practicing electric motor installations.
