Abstract

Kewirausahaan di Universitas masih dipandang sebelah mata oleh sebagian mahasiswa. Banyak potensi dan peluang yang semestinya bisa dimanfaatkan mahasiswa untuk kewirausahaan ini. Karakter kewirausahaan sangat dibutuhkan dalam memulai usaha, dengan karakter kewirausahaan yang kuat dan mengalami pembaharuan secara terus menurus melahirkan inovasi inovasi mengikuti perkembangan zaman saat ini. Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang pengaruh pelatihan produk interior dan furnitur terhadap karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan produk interior dan furnitur terhadap karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran proses pelatihan produk interior dan furnitur berada pada kategori cukup baik sedangkan gambaran karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa berada dalam kategori cukup kuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi, diperoleh hasil bahwa pelatihan produk interior dan furnitur memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap karakter kewirausahaan. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengeksplorasikan lagi melakukan penelitian ini dengan mencoba variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa. ------ Entrepreneurship in university is still less noticed by some students. There are many potentially and promising opportunities that may be utilized by students for this entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship character are greatly needed in starting a business for entrepreneurs; strong and continuously updated entrepreneurship characters may bring up innovations that keep up with the times. This research describes the influence of interior and furniture product training against the entrepreneurial character of building engineering education students. The goal to be achieved in this research is how influential the interior and furniture product training towards the entrepreneurial character of building engineering education students. This research uses correlational methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection instruments used is in the form of questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 23 respondents who were building engineering education students. The number of samples in this study is determined by the formula of the saturated sampling technique which means the samples with poulation are equal. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. In this research, the results of data processing show that the overview of interior and furniture product training is in a category of quite good whereas in the figure of entrepreneurial character students are in a fairly strong and strong category. Based on the results of the significance test calculation, it obtained the results entrepreneurial character has a positive and significant influence on the character of entrepreneurship Further researchers is expected to explore more deeply in this research using other variables that can affect the students ' entrepreneurial character.
