Abstract
PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS TRAINING OF TRAINER (TOT) TERHADAP KINERJA WIDYAISWARA DI PUSAT PENGEMBANGAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN TAMAN KANAK-KANAK DAN PENDIDIKAN LUAR BIASA (P4TK TK DAN PLB) BANDUNG oleh R Aditya Nurul Amin Dr. Aceng Muhtaram Mirfani, M.Pd Dr. Nur Aedi, M.Pd ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Efektivitas Training of Trainer (ToT) terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Widyaiswara di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PPPPTK TK dan PLB) Bandung”. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai efektivitas program Training of Trainer (ToT) terhadap kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di PPPPTK TK PLB Bandung. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah widyaiswara yang menjadi peserta program Training of Trainer (ToT) di PPPPTK TK PLB Bandung, yang berjumlah 39 orang. Dari jumlah tersebut, maa sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui komunikasi tidak langsung, menggunakan quesioner sebagai instrumrn pengumpul data yang bersifat tertututp dengan skala 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan skor responden untuk variabel X (Efektivitas Training of Trainer) masuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata rata sebesar 3,22. Sedangkan variabel Y (kinerja mengajar widyaiswara) masuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,83. Diliat dari analisis korelasi dihitung dengan mengunakan rumus product moment diperoleh angka sebesar 0,353, hal ini menunjukan bahwa korelasi termasuk dalam katergori rendah. Adapun pengaruh yang di berikan oleh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 12,5% sedangkan sisanya 87,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan kajian teoritis yang relevan dan temuan penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa Efektivitas Training of Trainer (ToT) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Widyaiswara di PPPPTK TK PLB Bandung. Dengan demikian pula dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: “Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifian dari penyelenggaran Training of Trainer (ToT) terhadap kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di PPPPTK TK dan PLB Bandung” dapat diterima atau dibuktikan. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Training of Trainer (ToT), Kinerja Mengajar Widyaiswara EFFECT OF TRAINING OF TRAINER (TOT) EFFECTIVENESS OF EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE (P4TK TK AND PLB EDUCATION) BANDUNG EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT oleh R Aditya Nurul Amin Dr. Aceng Muhtaram Mirfani, M.Pd Dr. Nur Aedi, M.Pd ABSTRACT This study is entitled "The Effect of the Effectiveness of the Training of Trainer (ToT) on Teaching Performance of Lecturers at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel of Kindergartens and Special Education (PPPPTK TK and PLB) Bandung". The purpose of this study is to find a clear picture of the effectiveness of the Training of Trainer (ToT) program on the teaching performance of widyaiswara in PPPPTK TK PLB Bandung. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was widyaiswara who participated in the Training of Trainer (ToT) program at PPPPTK TK PLB Bandung, totaling 39 people. Of these, the number of samples used was 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study are through indirect communication, using questionnaires as data collection instruments that are closed to scale 4. The results showed that the tendency of respondents' scores for variable X (Effectiveness Training of Trainers) entered into a very good category with an average score of 3.22. Whereas the variable Y (widyaiswara's teaching performance) is in the good category with an average score of 2.83. The correlation from the correlation analysis is calculated using the product moment formula, the number is 0.353, this shows that the correlation is included in the low category. The influence given by variable X to variable Y is 12.5% while the remaining 87.5% is influenced by other variables. Based on relevant theoretical studies and research findings, it can be seen that the Effectiveness of the Training of Trainer (ToT) has a positive influence on Widyaiswara's Teaching Performance at the Center for Development of Educators for Kindergarten and Extraordinary Educators in Bandung. Thus it can also be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study, namely: "The existence of a positive and significant effect of the implementation of the Training of Trainer (ToT) on teaching performance widyaiswara in the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Educational Personnel of Kindergarten and External Education Ordinary (PPPPTK TK and PLB) Bandung "can be accepted or proven.
