Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan di abad ke-21 cenderung menekankan hafalan fakta tanpa pemahaman yang berdampak lemahnya HOTS, sehingga guru perlu mengintegrasikan HOTS dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan asesmen kognitif aspek HOTS yang valid dan reliabel serta mengetahui tingkat HOTS Marzano peserta didik pada kompetensi keahlian KBPU di salah satu SMKN di kota Bandung. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4-D yang berusaha mengembangkan produk asesmen kognitif berbentuk PG 2 Tingkat yang mengacu pada Taksonomi Marzano. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dihasilkan produk akhir 18 butir soal yang dinyatakan valid dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,72. Terkait HOTS Marzano peserta didik, tidak ditemukan proses kognitif tingkat tinggi, adapun 5 proses kognitif berada pada tingkat sedang, sedangkan 3 proses kognitif lainnya pada tingkat rendah. Kata Kunci: Asesmen, Kognitif, HOTS, PG 2 Tingkat, Taksonomi Marzano dan Pembelajaran Vokasi. ABSTRACT Education in the 21st century tends to emphasize memorizing without understanding which has impact a weakness on HOTS, so teachers need to integrate HOTS into learning. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable cognitive assessment of the HOTS aspect and find out the students’ HOTS Marzano level in KBPU competence at a Vocational School in Bandung. This research development uses a 4-D model that seeks to develop cognitive assessment product in form of a MC 2 Tier that refers to Marzano's Taxonomy. The results showed that there were 18 items which were stated valid with reliability 0.72. Regarding to the students’ HOTS Marzano, no high level cognitive processes were found, while 5 cognitive processes were at moderate level, and 3 other cognitive processes were at low level.
