Abstract
Kemampuan menulis cerita fantasi peserta didik kelas VII SMP masih rendah, untuk mengatasinya digunakan model pembelajaran Brainwriting berbasis pengembangan kreativitas berbantuan media komik. Model ini merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengaktifkan peserta didik untuk mendapatkan ide – ide kreatif dalam menulis dalam kelompok.Tahap model pembelajaran ini terdiri dari siswa duduk berkelompok, siswa dibagikan lembar kerja Brainwriting, siswa menuliskan ide kreatif sesuai gambar, menyeleksi ide – ide kreatif dari teman, dan masing – masing siswa menulis cerita sesuai gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Brainwriting berbasis pengembangan kreativitas berbantuan media komik pada pembelajaran menulis kreatif cerita fantasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan bentuk desain The Matching-Only-Pretes-Postes Control Grup Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Parongpong. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kelas eksperimen sebelum menerapkan pembelajaran model Brainwriting memperoleh nilai 61,96 meningkat menjadi 85,40 setelah penerapan model Brainwriting. Dengan kata lain model pembelajaran Brainwriting berbasis pengembangan kreativitas berbantuan media komik pada pembelajaran menulis kreatif cerita fantasi efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks cerita fantasi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Parongpong. -----------The ability to write creatively the fantasy story text of the seventh grade students of junior high school is still low, to overcome this use the Brainwriting learning model based on the development of creativity assisted by comic media. This model is a learning model that can enable students to get creative ideas in writing in groups. The learning model stage consists of students sitting in groups, students are divided into Brainwriting worksheets, students write creative ideas according to pictures, select creative ideas from friends, and each student writes stories according to the picture. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Brainwriting learning model based on the development of creativity assisted by comic media in the learning of creative writing of fantasy stories. The research method used was quasi-experimental with the design form The Matching-Only-Pretes-Postes Control Design Group. The population in this study were all VII students of State Junior High School 2 Parongpong. After doing the research, there was a significant difference in the experimental class before applying the Brainwriting learning model with a score of 61.96 increasing to 85.40 after the application of the Brainwriting model. In other words, the Brainwriting learning model based on the development of creativity is assisted by the comic media in learning creative writing, effective fantasy stories to improve the ability to write fantasy story texts in class VII students of of State Junior High School 2 Parongpong.
