Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di kelas X SMK Pajajaran Bandung. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan nilai akhir siswa yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru (X1), fasilitas belajar siswa (X2) dan prestasi belajar (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru, fasilitas belajar siswa dan prestasi belajar dan seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru, fasilitas belajar siswa dan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pajajaran Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Jumlah anggota populasi berjumlah 44 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pajajaran Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori terampil, fasilitas belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan prestasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar,baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat. ;---The problem under research is the less than optimal learning achievement of tenth grade students of Vocational High School of Pajajaran Bandung on the subject of records. The phenomenon is marked by students’ less than optimal final grades. The research consisted of three variables, namely teacher teaching skills (X1), student learning facilities (X2), and students’ learning achievement (Y). The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the level of teacher's teaching skills, student learning facilities and learning achievements and how much influence the teacher's teaching skills, student learning facilities and learning achievement on the subject of archives in tenth grade students of Office Administration Program of Vocational High School of Pajajaran Bandung The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Data were collected with Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with multiple regression. The population consisted of 44 respondents who were the tenth grade students of Office Administration Program of Vocational High School of Pajajaran Bandung. Based on the research results, it is found that teacher teaching skills are in the skilled category, student learning facilities was at the medium category, and students’ learning achievement at the medium category. The result of hypothesis test shows that the levels of teacher teaching skills and student learning achievement positively, and significantly influenced students’ learning achievement, both partially and simultaneously have a strong influence.
